On 13 March 2020 the Council of State of the Canton of Vaud mandated a series of measures to counter the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. In accordance with these directives, we regret to inform you that all areas of the Jan Michalski Foundation are closed to the public as of 14 March until further notice. All scheduled events in our program are canceled. We will keep you informed of the situation as it develops.

The exhibition space is closed when temporary shows are not on display.

The meeting room is only open when it is part of the events regularly held there.


The areas of the Foundation intended for the public are completely accessible to people with disabilities or reduced mobility.


Exhibitions | CHF 5.- (full price) | CHF 3.- (students, retirees, unemployed, groups, disabled persons) | free for children under 18 and residents of Montricher. Free admission the first Sunday of each month.

Library | free access, but to borrow library materials you must have a library card

Library card | CHF 60.- (full price) | CHF 30.- (retirees, unemployed, disabled persons, residents of Montricher) | CHF 10.- (students, children under 18)



The Jan Michalski Foundation does not offer rental spaces for private or professional events.
